2 ½ c. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
¼ c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
- Mix together. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Stir until sugar adheres to pecans.
- Stir and pour on wax paper to cool.
