Ingredients:  
Small bunch of parsley
2 slices stale bread
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
1 lb skinned and boned white fish filets cut into sticks
1 tb veg oil
Pat of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the parsley
Grate the bread
Peel or grate the zest from lemon and mix 3 ingredients in bowl
Beat the eggs
Put eggs and bread crumbs in separate bowls and coat each fish stick thoroughly
Heat the oil and butter in frying pan
Fry fish sticks for about 4 min on each side until crisp and golden
