2⅔ cups all purpose flour
1 stick very cold butter, cut into 1in. cubes
1 cup very cold shortening
1 tsp. salt
½ cup ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Use food processor to process flour, butter, shortening and salt with metal blade until mixture is like coarse meal, about 8 seconds. Add ice water and pulse until dough begins to clump together. Do not form a ball. Divide dough into 3 equal parts cover with plastic and chill for 1 hr.
Roll each disk of dough on lightly floured surface into a circle about ⅛ in. thick. Press into pie pan trimming edge and form a decorative edge. Prick bottom and sides with fork and refrigerate crust for 30 min. Preheat oven to 400º before baking. Bake for 15-18 min. until brown.
