4 lbs. medium ground beef
1 packet chicken OXO
2 tsp. each: black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (also, 2 tsp. Italian seasoning - only add this if you want to kill Jessie or if you were an asshole and didn't invite her over for the ONLY TYPE OF DONAIRS SHE CAN EAT!!!)

1. Mix spices in a cup.
2. Combine with meat in a large bowl, kneading like bread. Shape into two balls and pack hard and solid.
3. Place on rack in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours. Flip halfway through.
 

Sauce


Ingredients:

1 can evaporated milk
2 can condensed milk
¾ cup white sugar
5 tsp. garlic powder
5 tsp. onion powder
8 tsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour evaporated milk into a mixing bowl.
2. As mixing, add the spices and half of the vinegar. Slowly add the white sugar (stop at desired thickness), and finally add the rest of the vinegar.
3. The sauce may not require all of the vinegar.
*[If sauce is still too soupy, slowly mix in small amounts of vinegar until desired thickness in achieved.]
4. To serve, thinly slice meat onto pita bread with tomatoes and onions as garnishes.
