2 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Pinch of salt
1 bag of gelatin (dissolved in 1/2 cup milk)
1 Lemmon rind
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 lb. cream cheese
3 egg whites ( whipped)
1/2 pint whipping cream

Crust
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
Vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
Find of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan heat egg yolks, sugar, milk, and salt. Add gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup milk. Add lemon rind and vanilla. Add to 1 lb. cream cheese< then fold in beaten whites and whipping cream (whipped). Pour into crust after crust is mixed and formed into pie pan. Bake 300 º 1 hour.
