3-4 lbs frying chicken pieces
1/3 cup seasoned flour
1/4 cup butter

Double:
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 T grated onion
1 T chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp thyme
1/2 T celery flakes
1 1/3 cups water
1 1/3 cups minute rice
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour and brown in butter. Mix soup, onions and seasonings in saucepan. Gradually stir in water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour rice into a shallow 2 qt casserole. Stir all but 1/3 cup of the soup mixture into the rice. Top with chicken; pour the remaining soup over the chicken. Cover and bake in a moderate oven (375º( for 20 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle with paprika.
