¾ c sugar
1 T flour
dash of salt
1 egg
1 c vinegar
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, dash of salt, and egg.
Stir in vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Add butter. Stir well.
Serve over finely-chopped Cole Slaw.
