1 boxed chocolate cake mix
2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1-12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to pkg. directions. Fill cupcake holders half full. In medium bowl cream together and beat thoroughly cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add chips and stir in. Using a cookie scoop generously drop into cupcake centers. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen cupcakes. These do not need frosting.
