1 box yellow Jiffy Cake Mix
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 8oz package cream cheese
salt
½ cup milk
2 packages french vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
1 9 oz container Cool Whip
1 cup toasted coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package. Spread in 9x13 cake pan and bake 12-15 minutes.

When cool, spread with drained pineapple.

Mix cream cheese and ½ cup milk. Salt and beat until fluffy. Add pudding mix plus 2 cups milk and beat together.

Spread above mixture over pineapple, then spread cool whip over mixture. Top with toasted coconut.
