1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c chopped celery
zest of 2 lemons
3 chopped green onions
2 (5 oz) cans oil-packed tuna, drained.
6 slices of pumpernickel bread party bread
3 slices of Swiss cheese
4 sliced cherry tomatoes







Directions:
Directions:
Heat broiler. In a medium bowl mix, mayonnaise, celery, zest of 2 lemons and 3 chopped green onions. Fold in 2 cans of tuna, drained. Divide.equally among 6 slices bread. Top evenly with 3 slices of halved slices of Swiss Cheese. Broil 30 - 60 seconds until bubbly. Top evenly with 4 sliced cherry tomatoes and chopped 1 green onion.
