5lbs of potatoes
1/2 doz eggs-
1 medium sweet onion diced
Celery--1/2 stalk leaves and all chopped
Sweet pickle relish 20 oz. drained
1 large red delicious apple--- diced
Pint of Dukes mayonnaise
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salt water
Boil, peel and finely chop the eggsz
Finely dice the onion
Chop the celery--stalk and leaves
Drain Sweet pickle relish
Dice the apple

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add the Dukes mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Use hands when mixing so as not to mash the potatoes

Chill after mixing. Should be served cold

Reunions, large barbecues, church dinners. Just remember to save back a little in the home fridge for home cause there won't be any left over to bring home. It's yummy. It is also better on the second day
