2 Cups of Cooked White Rice
1 stick of butter
Sugar to taste
1 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ evaporated milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
dump rice into a bowl add all ingredients except eggs. Taste for sweetness and sugar if needed. Add eggs mix together if mixture is too thick add more milk. Spray pan with oil or butter and add rice mixture to pan. place in oven until brown and firm. remove from oven. serve warm or cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
