Smallest can crushed pineapple (WELL drained)
10 ounce package frozen strawberries

1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water (can microwave water in pyrex measuring cup until boiling and immediately stir in gelatin until all is dissolved)
In a bowl combine dissolved gelatin, berries, drained pineapple, sliced bananas, and pecans.
Pour of this mixture into 8X8 dish. Chill until firm (an hour or two)
Keep remaining half of mixture at room temperature.
Once refrigerated portion is firm, spoon sour cream on top and spread to create an even layer (I use a thin amount - just enough to cover)
Cover with remaining gelatin mixture and spread evenly on top.

Cover and chill until ready to serve. Best made the day before needed.

Recipe can easily be doubled and placed in 9x12 pan.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a Stultz family tradition and has been part of their holiday menus since the early 1970s. It continues to be passed on to new generations and extended family, including us! Bill fell in love with it before I ever knew him and when we married he insisted that it became a tradition in our house as well! - Shannon
