1 can Coca-Cola - 12 oz.
1 bottle chili sauce - 10 oz.
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 ½ lb. boneless chuck roast
2 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sear all sides of roast in olive oil over medium high heat until nicely brown.
2. Add remaining ingredients to crockpot and mix well. Place roast on top and turn to coat.
3. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
4. Remove roast and let it rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with cooking liquid.

This is a tasty roast but I recommend not adding vegetables to the crockpot. Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles instead.
