Ingredients:  
4 eggs
1 C oil
2 Jr. Jars carrot baby food
2 tsp baking soda
2 C sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil and carrots.
Mix dry ingredients and raisins.
Add to egg mixture.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350šnfor 45min-1 hour

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 lb oleo
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla.

Frost once cake has cooled.
