1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 cup whole milk
2+ cups of white corn meal
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Make as thin as will just keep slightly on a spoon
Pour in a greased warm iron skillet or iron pan
Bake at 400F until brown


When making for Holiday Dressing: Let cool then crumble and store in a sealed plastic bag
