3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
¼ cup shortening
pinch of salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup mashed banana
½ cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven To 375°.
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Add remaining ingredients, leaving the bananas and walnuts until last. Pour into prepared both pans and bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
