1 large head iceberg lettuce
1 large tomato or 2 medium
1 bag nacho cheese chips (Doritos)
4 green onions
1 1/2 to 2 cups grated cheese
1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
1 lb. ground meat, browned and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl tear lettuce into pieces and add cheese, beans, onions and cooked meat. Just before serving add tomatoes, chips and dressing.

1 jar El Paso hot (mild) taco sauce
3 T ketchup
3 T mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix and pour over salad. Toss and serve.
