2 packets Uncle Ben's or Rice-a-roni long grain and wild rice.
1 whole chicken
celery
mushrooms
cream or half & half (your preference)
Seasonings to taste (garlic, onion, salt, pepper)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with seasonings until cooked through.
Remove from broth and shred.
Add shredded chicken back to broth with diced mushrooms and celery.
Add in rice packets (including the seasoning packets).
Simmer until rice and veggies are cooked.
Season to taste.
Add in cream or half and half to taste (usually the soup should be fairly white).

Serve with cheese if desired.
