Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter or margarine 3 eggs, unbeaten 2 cups sifted cake flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1 3/4 cups sugar 4 packets Redi-Blend Cocoa 1 tsp soda 1 1/4 cups milk Creamy Fudge Frosting 3 cups confectioners sugar 1/4 cup hot water 1 egg 1/2 cup soft butter 4 packets Baker's Redi-Blend; heat until creamy. Frosts two

Directions:	Directions: Cream butter, add sugar gradually, beating until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Mix in Redi-Blend. Sift flour, soda, and salt. Add alternately with milk, beating after each addition until smooth. Mix in vanilla. Bake in two 9 inch layer pans, lined on bottoms with paper, at 350º about 35 minutes. Redi-Blend packet + 3 T cocoa 1 T oil per packet. Frosting: Mix sugar with hot water; beat in egg and 1/2 cup soft butter until smooth. Add Baker's Redi-Blend packets, heat until creamy. Frosts two 9 inch layers.
