3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup walnuts
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, oil, sugar,vanilla, zucchini and pineapple. Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and beat at low speed. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Bake in 2 small loaf pans at 350º or lower for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes.
