4- cups cooked rice
1- can sweeten condensed milk
3- eggs
1/2- cup sugar
3- tsp vanilla
1- quart milk

Mix rice, add about a quart of milk, cover top with nutmeg (lots) turn heat on. when it starts to bubble turn off heat put lid on. then wait a few minutes.
