! 1/2 c Soy Sauce
6 pieces of chiken
1 c sugar
1/2 c sour wine (white wine)
2 clove garlic - chopped fine
2 slices of ginger - remove skin and chop fine
1 T toasted sesame seeds
2 T Green onion tops - chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Combinee soy sauce, sugar, wine. garlic, ginger root and bring to boil, then cool. Add the rest of ingredients ( optional ).
Pour over chicken on a rack in shallow baking pan and bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Turn several times and taste. Add turkey, chicken seasoning.

Yum ! Could even add toasted sesame oil to marinade and serve with rice, peanuts, coconut, bananas, pineapple, chutney and raw onions,
