2 cups brown sugar
½ cup cereal cream
1 tbsp cocoa
¼ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cocoa and add cream. Cook over medium heat. Add butter when it starts to boil. Cook until it reaches soft ball stage. Add vanilla after removing from heat. Beat until it starts to thicken but before it hardens. Pour on top of cake.

Grandma did not use a recipe to make this fudge icing. I watched her and have tried to perfect the recipe. The trick is not to overcook or undercook and to beat until thickened but able to still pour onto cake.
