Cake:
2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
2 beaten Eggs
2 tsp baking soda
Can crushed untrained pineapple
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped nuts-pecans

Icing:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 stick of butter
1 3/4 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c nuts-pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Then add the other ingredients. Bake 350º for 35-40 minutes in a sheet pan.

Beat the icing ingredients together well and frost the cake after it has cooled.
