1 package lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
3 c canned tomatoes
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
8 oz package thin sliced mozzarella cheese
1 c creamed cottage cheese
c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat slowly; drain off excess fat. Add next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer 40 minutes. Salt to taste. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place the noodles
in a 11 x 7 x 1 pan. Cover with ⅓ of the sauce and the mozzarella cheese and the cottage cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
