1 package lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
3½ c canned tomatoes
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
8 oz package thin sliced mozzarella cheese
1 c creamed cottage cheese
½ c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat slowly; drain off excess fat. Add next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer 40 minutes. Salt to taste. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place ½ the noodles
in a 11½ x 7½ x 1½” pan. Cover with ⅓ of the sauce and ½ the mozzarella cheese and ½ the cottage cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
