Personal Notes:
This is another recipe picked up from a co worker at a Christmas luncheon. This one, however, is what I had for lunch on the day I went into labor with Mary Alyce. In fact, at the luncheon I told my co workers if they had any questions they better be asking now because I did not think I would be at work the next day. I wasn't ... had just enough time to get home after work, go pick out the Christmas tree for the boys (I had promised David and Patrick we would get the tree that day!) and get to Columbus in time for our daughter to be born. David was never happier to see the Columbus city limit sign!! Whew! I love this dish, surely it was not the lunch!!!
