2 cans apple pie filling chopped (equals 3 cups) 1 cups walnuts (chopped) 1 cups sugar 3 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp baking soda 1 cup applesauce 3 eggs cup oil cup water icing for top 2 cups brown sugar (packed) 1 stick of butter 1 8oz. pkg.coconut

Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine flour,eggs,baking soda and baking powder. Add oil,water,eggs. Mix in apple filling,applesauce and walnuts. Pour into bunt pan and bake at 350 for 45 min.to an hour until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool then flip onto cake plate and top with icing mix. Icing : In saucepan over medium heat add stick of butter,brown sugar and coconut . Heat until mixture comes to a boil. Icing cake while the mixture is hot.
