2 Eggs
2 tbsp melted Butter
2 tbsp Vanilla
1/3 c Pecans chopped
2 1/2 c Milk
2 c Sugar
2 c Sourdough bread (1 inch cubes)

Sauce
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Cream
1 stick Butter
1/4 c Jack Daniels (or substitute with vanilla extract)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients - gradually adding sugar till dissolved. Sprinkle pecans on the top. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350.

Sauce instructions:
Stir constantly over low heat till comes to low rolling boil. Pour over top of bread pudding or over individual servings.

Sauce is good on other breads, including biscuits, etc.
