1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg chili powder
1 lg can chili beans (drained)
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in an oven safe skillet. Season with salt & pepper & chili mix and add tomato sauce and beans. Simmer so that flavors can blend.

Mix cornbread according to pkg directions. Pour over chili; Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
