1 can regular sweet corn and juice

1 can cream style sweet corn

2 beaten eggs

1/4 cup chopped onion (Optional)

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 cup sour cream

8 oz grated cheddar cheese

salt and pepper to taste

1 small can green chili's-drained (optional)- my add in

Melt butter and put in a large casserole dish and add all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
