2 c. golden brown sugar
c. milk
⅛ tsp. cream of tarter
2 T. butter
⅛ tsp. salt
chopped nutmeats (walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and milk. Add cream of tarter and boil to soft ball stage. Before removing from fire, add butter and salt. Cool and beat until thick. Add nutmeats. Pour in buttered pan.
