Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
1/2 small container sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/3 c chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
8 (10 in) flour tortillas
1 12 oz jar taco sauce
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. In a medium skillet, cook chicken. Cube chicken and return to skillet.
3. Add onion, sour cream, cheese, spices. Heat until cheese melts.
4. Stir in tomato sauce, water, green pepper and garlic.
5. Roll even amounts of mixture in the tortillas. Arrange in 9x13 in dish. Cover with taco sauce and 3/4 c cheese.
6. Bake uncovered for 20 min.
