1 lb crab meat
2 tsp Old Bay
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp wet mustard
1/4 tsp of red pepper
1 egg
2 slices bread with crust removed

Directions:

Beat all ingredients except crabmeat vigorously to incorporate bread. Add crabmeat and fold in until all mixed. Fry in butter. Serve with saltines and enjoy

I remember my mother Grace, Aunt Ann Noyce, and Donald Sturdevant arguing in the kitchen as to whether you should use wet mustard, dry mustard, Old Bay or Cayenne and how much. Found this recipe in some of Mom's papers after she died in 2015.
