Ingredients:  
4-5 cups diced fresh mushrooms (I use Shitake, that we grow and freeze)
1 stick butter
1 Tbs. olive oil
cup flour
1 cup dry white wine
4 cups stock
1 cup diced onion
cup diced carrot
1 cup half and half or cream
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped thyme
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In pan saute mushrooms in butter, olive oil till brown, add onion, cup flour, saute. Add wine cook 1 min. Add stock salt/pepper, cream, add parsley, thyme.
Serve
