8 large Eggs
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 (16 oz) carton small curd Cottage Cheese
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cups (8 oz) Cheddar Cheese
2 (4.5 oz) cans chopped Green Chiles
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Directions:

Combine eggs, flour, and baking powder mix well. Stir in cheeses and remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered at 325 for 35 minutes.
