9 cups sugar
9 cups water
6 packages Jell-O gelatin (the color of your choice)
6 cups boiling water
6 cups cold water
3 cans pineapple juice, large
3 bottles (8 ounce size) lemon juice
1 1/2 ounce almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar and water. Dissolve Jell-O in the boiling water and then add the cold water. Add sugar to Jell-o. Add pineapple juice, lemon juice and almond extract. Once cooled pour into quart sized zip lock freezer bags and freeze.
 

To make punch:

3 bottles (32 ounce size) ginger ale

When ready to serve, place in punch bowl and add ginger ale.

This is the punch we used for Audrey Willis and Amy Gwinn's wedding. Also used for Andrew Russell's Eagle Scout ceremony.

Very easy to make weeks to months ahead.
