½ cup dry mustard
½ cup sugar
¼ cup whole mustard seed
2 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 can light beer
¼ cup vinegar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, whisk sugar, dry mustard, mustard seed, flour and salt together. Whisk in beer and vinegar.
Let rest 10 min. Whisk in eggs.
Cook over medium heat and whisk until boiling. Reduce heat to low whisking constantly.
Simmer 1-2 min. until thickened.
Pour into jars. cover with lids.
Cool and refrigerate.
