3/4 cup sweet butter
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs separated
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup flour

Filling
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
10 oz. semi sweet chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs rum

Glaze
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
7 oz. chocolate

Melt chocolate. Cool. Cream butter and sugar. Add chocolate.
