2 pkg chopped spinach
1 c. ( small container) sour cream
8 - 16 oz swiss cheese shredded ( closer to 8 oz)
1 pkg french onion soup mix

Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 º

Drain water from spinach

Chop or shred swiss cheese

Combine sour cream, onion soup mix, spinach, swiss cheese
Place in casserole dish
Mix bread crumbs and parmesan. Moisten with either olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle over spinach mixture

Bake 20-30 minutes until heated through and golden brown
