1 cup Caesar salad croutons
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled.
2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 1lb bunches of Romaine lettuce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup canola oil
¾ cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
*Optional- ⅔ cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and shake well. Chill.
2. Cook the bacon strips in a skillet and crumble.
3. In a large serving bowl, toss the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, bacon and if desired, almonds.
4. Shake the salad dressing and pour over salad and toss.
5. Add the croutons.
6. Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
When making the dressing, if you like a tart flavor use more lemon juice than canola oil. If you do not want a tart flavor to the salad dressing use 1/4 cup of lemon juice and 3/4 cup of canola oil.
