½ c. butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs, unbeaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and water. When mixture is boiling, add flour all at once and stir
vigorously until mixture no longer sticks to sides of pan.
Remove from heat; cool slightly; add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a well-greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart,
and bake in a very hot oven, 450º F, 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325º F, and bake about 20 minutes longer.
Remove from baking sheet and cool.
When ready to serve, cut open on one side and fill with whipped cream
or any desired filling
