1 c. butter
½ c. sifted confectioner sugar ( more for roling)
1 tsp vanilla

2 ¼ c. flour
¼ tsp salt

¾ c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Preheat oven 375º

Mix
cream butter, confectioner sugar and vanilla

Shift and stir into above: flour and salt

Mix in walnuts

Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10 minutes

Pull from oven and roll in confectioner sugar. Roll while warm so sugar melts onto cookie. Double roll for thicker coat of sugar
