4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 T flour
1 T curry powder
2 tsp salt
4 T veg oil
1 T sugar
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 C water
1 5 oz. jar baby apricots
2 tsp. Soy sauce
2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Shake chicken breasts in mixture of flour, curry and salt.
Brown in oil and place in baking dish
Brown onion and combine with remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and pour over chicken.
Bake 1 hour @ 350º
