1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 package (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing mix for Chicken
½ cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over in 400º. Place tomatoes with their liquid in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic; stir until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside
2. Place chicken in 13x9 baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture
3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked
