6-7 tart apples
⅔ C sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 T butter

Crumb topping
½ C butter
½ C brown sugar
1 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Make or buy pastry for 1 pie crust

Arrange apples in crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon, pour over apples. Dot with butter.

Topping
Cream butter and sugar. Cut in flour. Cover apples with crumb topping.
Bake 50-60 min. @ 400º
