2 lbs. round steak (cut into serving sizes if large)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 cups of water (Additional water during the cooking process)
3 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Place steak in a preheated frying pan or electric skillet and brown on both sides.
Mix soup into 2 cups of water and pour over browned steak.
Add enough water to cover all of the meat and boil until all of the water is gone.
Brown meat again, then add water until all meat is covered and boil until all water is gone
Repeat this process until the meat is tender.
When tender, thicken the broth with 1/4 cup of water and 3 tbsp. corn starch
