2 pounds flour
1/2 cup lard
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 pint milk
4 tbsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, lard, sugar, eggs, and baking powder. Use nuts of your choice, optional. Mix the dough until soft and roll with flour so it doesn't stick. Flavor with anise flavoring for 3 egg whites and confectioner sugar and paste the cookies.
Bake 350º for 8 to 10 minutes until golden
