2 eggs
2 3/4 cups sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups sugar


Topping
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sifted flour, salt, cream of tartar together. Set aside
Cream butter until light and fluffy
Add sugar slowly and continue to beat until fluffy
Add dry ingredients you set aside
Beat until smooth
Roll in 1" balls in topping
Bake at 350º 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet 18-20 minutes until light golden brown
